Custom items
Custom packaging may have different return or cancellation conditions depending on its specifications, proof approval and production stage. Any conditions for your request will be stated in the written quote. Contact us promptly if custom items appear damaged or do not match the agreed specifications; we will review the issue under the quote and applicable law.
